Next, it’s even quicker with leftover cooked rotisserie chicken from the market. Finally, shake things up by using a green (verde) salsa, or different flavored salsa, to add a tasty twist to the recipe. Que bueno!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups boneless and skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded (this is a great way to use leftover chicken breast!
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar no-sugar added salsa
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning (we use and recommend our Skinny Ms. Taco Seasoning )

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook until hot, about 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Use in your preferred taco shells and top with your favorite toppings!
