This workout combines the best ab and booty sculpting moves, with high-intensity, fat-burning exercises. The flat belly, round bottom workout is made up of 2 different circuits. The first circuit will utilize HIIT exercises to melt fat, and core-sculpting moves to flatten your tummy. The second circuit targets your hips and glutes to leave you with a perfectly-shaped butt!
Depending on your schedule, you can choose to perform both circuits together, or you can do one in the morning and one at night!
The Flat Belly, Round Bottom Workout
What to do: Perform the following exercises for 30 seconds each, with no rest in-between. At the end of each circuit, rest for 60 seconds. Complete 2-5 rounds.
- Mountain Climbers
- Bicycle Crunches
- Russian Twists
What to do: While holding the dumbbells, perform 10 reps (per leg) of each of the following exercises, with no rest in-between. At the end of each circuit, rest for 60 seconds. Complete 2-5 rounds.
- Split Squats
